I loved staying here because there are fantastic parks like Johnson Farms just over 2 km away and adorable nearby restaurants including Outback Steakhouse just a few steps from the hotel, making my weekend strolls so much more enjoyable.

i had a great stay at best western. check-in was quick, and the staff were super friendly. my king room with balcony was comfy and spacious. The soundproofing was impressive. loved the outdoor pool and fitness center, too!

I had a great time during my stay! The breakfast options were impressive, especially the free coffee machine. it made lattes on demand! The room felt spacious and clean, giving me a cozy retreat, and I loved the actual balcony for some fresh air. I'd definitely stay here again!

We loved checking out the local boutiques and had a great time at the University’s sports events. The beds were cozy and the location was perfect for dining and shopping. Plus, the staff were super helpful!

I stayed in the King Room with Balcony for a night. The room was super spacious and clean, with a comfy bed. Loved that it had a balcony, great for some fresh air. The only downside was the heater—it was pretty loud and a bit distracting at night. Overall, a solid spot to rest up for the evening.

Breakfast options were limited due to the dining area being closed, which was a hassle when relying on early morning meals. Additionally, inconsistent maintenance issues surfaced in the room, like baseboards being unfinished and a lack of outlets in convenient spots.

The Best Western provided a comfortable stay with modernized interior spaces. The king room was oversized, featuring quality linens and a spacious living area with a couch, desk, and refrigerator. The housekeeping service was meticulous, ensuring cleanliness, and breakfast included a good variety, despite minor shortcomings with the juice dispenser.

Elevator access is limited and could lead to delays during peak times.

the king room with a sofa bed was spacious and clean. loved that it had a microwave, refrigerator, and free toiletries. the air conditioning was nice too. really enjoyed the breakfast with good options. The spa facilities were a treat. staff were helpful when we had questions.

We enjoyed our stay at this location while exploring local boutiques and dining options in Springfield. The breakfast spread was delightful, and the staff were friendly and attentive, making our mornings easier with teenagers in tow. Plus, the location made visiting the University of Oregon a breeze.

In my children’s opinion, it would be great to have a functional coffee maker in every room. We encountered issues with room amenities that could have made our stay more comfortable.
